Phison Electronics US Office is growing rapidly, scaling from a focused engineering team toward a mid-sized organization of 100\u2013200 employees. As we grow, our IT infrastructure, security posture, and business processes need to mature to match. We are looking for a Lead IT Engineer to take ownership of that transformation \u2014 building our IT function from the ground up, establishing best practices across a mixed Windows, Mac, and Linux environment, and assembling the team to sustain it.<\/p>
