Phison U.S. Sales Development Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team at Phison. The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM and other online tools to manage marketing campaigns, automate email sequences, nurture high-quality leads, and sign up new customers. This role is crucial in driving the pipeline for our sales team by qualifying prospects, engaging potential clients, setting up meetings, and leading them through the stages to receive the first purchase order.


Responsibilities

  • Critical functions include: Prospecting, Lead Qualification, Lead Nurturing, and most importantly Booking Meetings with new customers
  • Utilize a CRM to track and manage leads, automate outreach, and maintain accurate records. Use LinkedIn for engagement to create warm conversations. Send intent driven messages using trigger events
  • Execute and optimize email sequences and marketing campaigns within Salesforce to engage potential customers
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, calls, and LinkedIn to generate sales-qualified leads
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets
  • Engage with inbound leads, responding to inquiries and qualifying potential customers
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies
  • Set up appointments and product demos for Account Executives
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outreach volume, response rates, and conversion rates


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role in a B2B setting
  • Degree from a 4 year University, preferably in Business, Science, Technology, Math or Engineering
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, including experience with marketing campaigns and email automation
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Zoominfo, Outreach, SalesLoft, or HubSpot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, resilient attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and prospecting

Physical Demands or Other Requirements

  • Hybrid model of working from a Phison office and working from home
  • Computer usage for most business days and operating hours. Will need to be available for meetings during U.S. business hours, and evening calls with Taiwan HQ as needed
  • The ability to travel in the USA
