Phison’s AI Deployment and Storage Platform gives customers a programmable, intelligent storage infrastructure capable of running custom AI workloads at the storage layer. The platform uses a combination of GPU and Computational Storage, along with our aiDAPTIV Flash offload technology to create a differentiated solution. We are now looking for a Agentic AI Developer Lead to be the technical face of that platform for our customers. As a Lead, you will build agentic solutions on top of the platform, integrating it into customer workflows, and growing the team as our customer base expands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Engage directly with customers to understand their AI workload requirements and design agentic solutions built on Phison’s storage and AI deployment platform.
• Architect and build multi-agent systems and LLM-powered workflows that integrate customer business processes with Phison’s platform APIs and storage capabilities.
• Own the customer integration experience end-to-end — from initial technical discovery through solution delivery, iteration, and ongoing support.
• Develop reusable agentic frameworks, integration templates, and reference architectures that accelerate onboarding for future customers.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a growing team of agentic AI developers, establishing engineering standards and delivery practices from the ground up.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and Phison’s internal platform engineering team, feeding real-world requirements back into the product roadmap.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 7+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on AI/LLM-powered application development in the last 2 years, and experience leading or growing a technical team, whether through a formal management title or by driving cross-functional delivery, mentoring, or project leadership.
• Hands-on expertise building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Proven experience integrating LLM workflows with external systems via APIs, storage platforms, databases, and event-driven pipelines.
• Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders, whether in a formal solutions engineering role or through hands-on delivery ownership, technical discovery, and presenting architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or grow a small team, with the drive and structure to build a new practice from scratch.
• Solid Python skills and familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs, containerized deployments, and cloud or on-premise Linux environments.

DESIRABLE

Any of the following will strengthen your application:

• Experience with LLM optimization techniques — quantization, inference serving, or KV cache strategies.
• Familiarity with storage systems, NVMe, or data-intensive infrastructure.
• Background in RAG pipeline design, vector databases, or knowledge graph integration.
• Prior experience in a startup or greenfield team-building environment.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $200K–$260K
Compensation ranges reflect base salary, final compensation will be determined in good faith based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, specialized skills, education, and geographic location. Candidates in certain markets may fall outside the range listed. This range reflects base pay only and does not include potential bonuses or our comprehensive benefits.
