Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in California, with the option of hybrid work in the Phison San Jose office. The specialist will be responsible for creating, publishing, and evaluating social media content, managing social media channels, and executing social media campaigns. Other responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media strategies, analyzing social media metrics, staying updated on social media trends, and engaging with online communities and followers to enhance brand presence.

Qualifictions

• 2-4 years of Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools.
• Experience with video creation and editing.
• Skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge in social media analytics and the ability to generate insights from data.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and developing social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in the technology or semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 base with up to 20% annual bonus

  • Disability: Both short and long-term disability plans replace 60% of an employee’s earnings. The short-term plan has a weekly maximum of $1,500, and the long-term plan has a monthly maximum of $10,000
